  ONE OF THE BEST TRANSACTIONS SINCE I JOINED EBAY. SELLER HAD A RARE ITEM FOR MY DISHWASHER AT A STEAL OF A PRICE. THE NEXT DAY I PANICKED THINKING I GOT THE ITEM DIGITS WRONG SO I ASKED IF HE COULD CANCEL THE TRANSACTION ONLY TO REALIZE THAT I HAD ORDERED THE RIGHT PART SO ASKED IF HE WOULD DISREGARD THE MESSAGE. SELLER OBVIOUSLY DEALT WITH EVERY MESSAGE HE RECEIVED; FIRST EMAIL SAID "OK WILL CANCEL" FOLLOWED BY "ITEM SENT". ITEM ARRIVED WELL BEFORE THE STATED ARRIVAL DATE VERY WELL PACKAGED. A+

  Seller mistakenly sent the wrong part. I communicated that to them immediately with pictures and they sent out the correct parts promptly. I highly recommend buying from this seller since they didn't dispute anything. A+++++

  The dishwasher rack was advertised as new and was exactly as described, arrived early and was well packaged. Cost was about 1/2 of what any other website offered for a new one. I have bought from appliance pro before and have always had a good buying experience. I wish GE would follow their lead.

  The item was shipped even after I requested the order be cancelled due to multiple other issues found with the machine. The seller claimed he was unable to find the order number even though I contacted him through purchase history on Ebay. However, I was provided with a prepaid return shipping label to return the item, so the only inconvenience was a bit of time to take the item to be shipped.I would purchase from the vendor again.

  I only went 4 stars in accurate description because when I recieved my part it had a nut missing. The picture showed it having a nut. I contacted the seller and he took care of it right away and got one shipped. I would buy from the guy again.
