Excellent value...
Took a chance and bought this for my wife. I had seen the EXACT same product at the doctors office and it had a cost of over $900. It has worked perfectly since the day it arrived, and at a cost of 1/20th of what a doctor charges. If you need a hearing aid, this is the one to buy.

Incorrect plug.
The end that plugs into the monitor is the wrong configuration, and doesn't work.
