  First time buying, supposed to be delivered Jan 28th-Feb1st. Shipped to CA from CA but shipped to IOWA? So it came Feb 3rd. Package was beat up, skates have scratches and scuffs. Theyre nice skates! But we werent given the right brakes for them either. Not as shown in the pictures. Seems like the skates were thrown into a box with tools, no instructions on assembly. No protective bubble wrap or foam. A little disappointed with shipping/handling, wife likes them so 🤷🏻‍♂️ get what you pay for
