  Arrived intact. Packaging could have been better, you could tell it was handled very poorly. Found and downloaded the software that didn't work. Tried an IT friend for help, still haven't got it to work. Must be built well it survived shipping. Pictures are great, description ok ,thought the software came with it. Haven't gave up on it yet. Would buy from this seller again.

  Good price and item as described. Seller is registered in China so shipping took longer than 1 week from NY. May have to adjust the resistance on the head carefully with a multimwter.

  The item fit the rc2 mini 4 pro controller as described. Good transaction. It was not in a united states warehouse as led to believe but the delay of 5 days but still good transaction
