  Item was shipped in plain cardboard, no protection whatsoever ever. Then I test the monitor and it does not work. Contacted seller with pictures mind you, and they say it's not the monitor they sold me! Thes the insult my intelligence on how I tested the monitor. After all the backl and forth they finally said , just send it back so we can be done here. Maybe if you guys have better packaging I wouldn't have gotten a monitor that's DOA! This was the second monitor I purchased from them.
