Supplier good ... but service (Hermes) used for delivery held my items in the 'local' depot for over three days ... no reason given - very poor ! This is no way reflects on the delivery person, who was polite + courteous. Or the supplier ... who one would hope in future would use a different service 😔

It arrived as a kit set and very poorly and loosely packaged to the components were damaged inside. I requested replacement parts which I had not received after 6 weeks and the seller refuses to supply a tracking link. Any question are met with one work replies or useless dates or numbers with no context.

A plastic bag is package was delivered in , only one box was smashed . I would still buy from this seller cause of the price .

h***i (284) - 买家留下的信用评价。去年购买已获认证1.: seller claims the flashlight is aircraft grade alloy. The bezel and head are alloy, but main body of the thing is cheap, nasty plastic. It clearly states in the full description, that the torch body is aluminium. 2.: The seller fails to give honest information about delivery times. They don't say they are shipping from China, said item was despatched on 28/09 arriving 04/10,then change that to 10/10 while parcel is still in the air. This item is barely worth £2.50, don't buy- v misleading.
