The one pictured shows two of the timers with trip points. also counting had 1 extra terminal cover. MINE ARRIVED WITH NO POINTERS OR COVERS. Asked for a partial credit. Said it says ships similar to pictured. Would not do anything and and said to tell Ebay. HE NOW HAS LISTED MORE AND IT NOW SAYS MAY NOT COME WITH ANY POINTERS OR COVERS.

Once he discovered I had the wrong unit, that same day he packaged up the unit I needed and with no questions asked sent it out . In my opinion he went the extra yard and it's greatly appreciated. The unit I needed is working just fine as it should. Thanks for the great customer service. If they have something you're looking for don't hesitate to purchase.
