  Avoid this seller! Globe arrived broken, seller asked for video to prove it rattled which was required to be sent to their email, which was a big waste of my time. After sending the first video they then demanded more videos to prove it wouldn't turn on - all to waste time and to avoid processing refund for their faulty product.

  We are a honest seller, if the item is real can not work, we will provide a replacement or refund to our client at once, we always try our best to solve our client's issue. The buyer said the lamp makes a rattle sound and does not work when plugged in, so we need a video to confirm the issue which he metioned.   DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SELLER!!I ordered the most expensive option on his list. The seller specified that this mystery box will be worth more than the cost I paid, and specifically stated ELECTRONIC items. I ended up getting a useless, fragile, PLASTIC flute!! Since when is a plastic flute considered electronic? The seller has now also refused to give me any form of a refund and states that the item I received is what I paid for. This is beyond pathetic!!
