  First of all I reviewed this product description and picture of product before I order it. They sent me the wrong parts. They were still trying to charge me to for an exchange. I denied And told them that I was not responsible for their mistake so they agree to send me a label for a return & exchange for the correct parts. One day later I receive a full refund. They do not keep the word and send right parts

  Excellent customer service! Super Fast shipping! Initially received wrong front rotors. As soon as I contacted them I received a Return Label, they kept in contact with me and I received the proper ones! WHEN ORDERING CAR PARTS ON LINE, ALWAYS INCLUDE YOUR VIN# to insure you get the right part! These Guys really went ABOVE and BEYOND my expectations!!!! Better than I expected! I Highly Recommend this Seller! YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!

  item as described. Had a problem with shipping, but seller quickly responded and really took care of this customer. Support team is awesome! Will buy from again. Parts are as good as more expensive companies but perform and look the same. Installed with no hang ups, fit was perfect. Brakes did not come with a hardware kit. Cheap enough to buy yourself. All in all, a very good product!!

  Wow this kit had everything, even the rubber for caliper pins. If it performs half as good as it looks it will be awesome! The customer service is is excellent! They went above and beyond with a call to confirm fitment. We've all been there you click the buy button because you are pretty sure that car part fits only for it to arrive and not even be close to the picture. Not the case with Brakelabs with emails and phone call to make sure it is the correct part. I will buy from them again!

  Great product but don’t plan on installing everything the same day they shipped 3 different packages 1st package had from pads and rotors .2nd package had rear rotors and 3rd had rear brake pads . They are great with communicating with you when you email them .
