Dallas USPS has been sending packages to the wrong spot for a month now. Not sure what their issue is but the seller got the package in the mail in a timely manner. Wish they would have protected the figure a bit better than just putting a trash bag in the box but it did arrive in pretty good shape. Love adding this piece to my collection. Al in all, a positive experience, maybe pack it a bit better
