  Item came in excellent like-new condition with box a little faded with age and as described. Packaging was next level. Each item had its own plastic bag around it and was safely packed with packaging paper around it. Shipping speed fast with UPS SurePost. Communication response time when I had questions about combining shipping was excellent. Seller combined shipping for me for multiple items. Awesome seller and would buy from again! One of my favorite Dept 56 sellers.

  Dept. 56, always good quality, Item received as advertised, processed quickly, arrived in condition described, which was like new in appearance.. Well packaged with little waste. Good value. I recommend this Seller.

  This seller is fantastic! Not only were they incredibly communicative but they even sent my item with a shipping option that ensured it got here before Christmas.   Item received in working condition and as described. Item was well packed and shipping was quick. Excellent seller and 5 stars. Unit is older but works perfectly. Good value for the money and included the remote which was a big plus.
