Our aim is to offer you the true and natural Caribbean aromas, tastes and specialties from our exciting island chain.
Our seasonings, spices and peppers, sauces are like no others. They are not only spicy but will make your taste buds pop and truly elevate the expectations your palate with the many flavours - from mango and sorrel to pineapple and jerk.
If you know the Caribbean you know that each island is a pearl with its own variety of natural topography and wide range of cultural experiences. You know also that there is nothing like the real, good old-time Caribbean things - hand-made craft items - hats, fans, raffia mats, calabash bowls, dutchie and coal pots, carved items.
Our craft-makers are maintaining a livelihood for themselves and their families while keeping many traditions alive.

Great colour, taste, flavor!
Awesome flavour. Pretty red colour. Strong, but not too strong to overpower your tastebuds. Just the right amount of heat.
