  Never arrived. According to shipping company it wasn't dropped off with them. (Screenshots attached.) No response from the seller when I asked for an update. Waited almost 2 months from purchase date before requesting a refund. (Received without issue.)

  The description said the item was unwrapped, but brand new and never used. I bought this item specifically because I understood it included a digital code (which should be the case if this item was brand new). When I received the item, there was no digital code. When I contacted the selling, they said that they don’t have the code. Nothing was done or offered to make the situation right.
