I sent pictures showing the items broken and they immediately apologized and gave a full refund. I have never had this happen before and I was worried but they responded and refunded immediately. If I can I will buy from them again. They did use a sturdy box but unfortunately the items in the inside got damage from the post office. 😞

Maybe the eggs got too hot on their journey to me and killed the embryo as it was 95 degrees out around that time. Hopefully it goes better this time. Very happy though that they would do that and I am pleased with the communication! Thank you!
