We do bot open packages of item and were unaware that the vendor was not including speed nuts. We advised customer that they could return and we would refund his purchase price but not return shipping. That is in our return policy.Customer called eBay and complained.Yes, we did call him Bully and we will be refunding what eBay requests. He has started a return though eBay per their Seller/buyer protection policy.
