  Sold me a phone that was not "New" and was activated on another account. Seller gave me the run around and then asked me to ship the phone back so they fix the issue instead of swapping out with a BRAND NEW PHONE like I paid for. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I ill never buy from them again!! Stay away from this seller!!!

  Hello! We're sorry for your experience. You ordered two brand new devices and let us know that the first was working without issue. The second one did have an issue with activation which we can fix if the device is sent back. You agreed to send it back instead of returning it so we can fix it, & we provided a prepaid label that hasn't yet been used.
