Safe and effective
So I stumbled across these a couple years ago. I will take one after a late night in the morn. No jitters. No heart race. And NO CRASH. So I trust these and will continue to use them.

Fits very well
The hat fits very well on the head almost low profile like. Adjustable plastic snaps in the back for the perfect fit. The mesh is super soft. One of my favs
