Saved me hundreds of $ over the US price. The seller was super responsive replying in seconds to my product questions pre-ordering. The only thing is I don’t seem to be able to activate the warranty without a store receipt but I’m not bothered since my old Miele lasted 21 years!

But every now & then, we buyers have a particularly positive experience, and it's difficult to make that stand out among so many 'pretty good' ratings. This seller went out of his/her way to correct a mistake I made (clicking on the wrong item) when making my purchase. It could have been disastrous, but the seller fixed my error when I asked for help. It doesn't get any better that that! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!
