does the job

So far the signs have shown no signs of breakdown due to UV light from the sun and have not faded over the last few months. I can recommend them because they work and continue to work fine.

cannot recommend

None of the seeds grew. I am not sure why since other seeds I purchased fromt he local gardening stores did take root and grow.
