t***o - 买家留下的信用评价。去年购买已获认证Unfortunately this seller supplied a vastly different size to that which was detailed in their listing, by 6 feet each way, gonna need some long ropes to install that and shade would have diminished much too much, seller agreed to return, which was a pain as international, but eBay made it as painless as possible handling the return, refunded a week or so later including all shipping costs, so all we lost was time and some fuel to drop-off re-packaged item! Seller was good about occurrence!

Many back and forth emails- no progress & reported to eBay, finally received refund beginning of August 24
