Great product and here's a helpful modification
A month ago we almost got T-boned by a driver who ran a stop sign. One of my 80-pound dogs went flying into the front seat. She was okay but it could have been devastating & it was a blessing that she wasn't injured. I decided not to test fate any more & to get some kind of barrier. The first one I tried was not strong enough. Kind of a sturdy nylon canvas thing with pockets that I thought might make a sort of sling, but it sat too low between the seats & I knew it wouldn't be tall enough or strong enough to restrain her. So I found the Zoo Keeper barrier & I have to say, it's really nice. It fits my Honda Civic hatchback just fine. The way it hangs off the headrests is great. It doesn't have to rest on the floor or on the folded-down back seats. The strength & sturdiness is kind of double-edged. There's absolutely no way my dog would get past this thing were I to slam on the brakes, but at the same time if she went flying against the bars it wouldn't feel great because those bars are hard. So I went to the hardware store & got some black 5/8-inch-thick foam pipe wrap for 1/2-inch pipe (basically a pool noodle that is split along one side) & cut it into sections so that each bar & bar section was covered. This cost around 5 bucks to do & now it's nice & cushy & wouldn't hurt an 80-pound dog who crashed into it. I'm really happy with the whole project. I'm not worried about the dogs hurting themselves if anything makes them crash into it. In the pix the top two levels on the right & left sides didn't have to be taped - I slipped the foam noodle over the U-shaped bar attachments before attaching them to the main restraint. The rest of the pieces of foam had to be split first, so I taped them shut with black electrical tape. Clear packing tape works too. Now I really love this thing.

Most power for its design

There are some articles out there that tell what the number of volts means & why it's not the best measure of strength in a stun gun. But this model is still above the threshold for "strongest." The only ones that are stronger are the hand-held designs, meaning that the electrodes are almost "in" your hand. This isn't a great idea if your goal is to fend off an animal. You wouldn't want your hand in the middle of everything. So the balance of design & strength of "zap" makes it perfect for me. People have complained that they didn't realize that the electrodes are at a fixed distance from the hand - about 19". That's still longer than any other in its price range. I've lost one & had one stolen. I keep buying more. I always check to see if anything has come onto the market that beats it, & there never is.

They stay on.
These are better than the last ones I bought (different brand). The loop on these is smaller so they stay on the lens much better. The other ones were so big they fell off.
