  I had to return the item and the seller was extremely cooperative. Seller has excellent communication and responded immediately and completely to my inquiries about the item before and after the sale. Item was shipped immediately after I bought it and arrived ahead of schedule undamaged. Packing was excellent. Item was exactly as described. This seller can be trusted and I highly recommend them.   Super slow shipping from this seller...waiting on day 6, for two boating life vest... a package the weights less than four pounds.. seller is on my AVOID LIST.....further, they never paid the currier to updated tracking number since the day it was shipped... this is a package from mid state New York, to Western Massachussetts...less than 120 miles....imagine how long it will take to get an item to southern Cali? Or Hawaii? Months....avoid this seller...

  Seller provided excellent communication. The original item I wanted had a quality issue with it. The seller could have easily just sent it anyway, but since there was an issue, the seller contacted me first and offered a replacement. Shipment was fast and I was finally able to make room to put it together. Item was in great condition. Definitely recommend this seller. Thank you! Can’t wait to get started with my new machine.

  It is as described, I'm thinking the item was outside of the US by the long wait time to receive it, I specified for purchase from the USA, with that said the item seems to be of good quality and appears it will meet my needs I just don't like waiting two weeks for an item, once again as I have said in previous feedbacks generating a tracking # does not mean shipped. The seller did as expected and is honest.

  Great seller. Shopped here before. Got a 3ply piece of black pickguard material to me, well packed. Canada Post took their time, but no big deal. All good. A++ Thanks.

  A very good deal on new bass strings. Packaging was fine, shipping time wasn't bad. They came about in the middle of the expected dates, not fast, not slow. I mainly bought them because of the low price.
