  Item as described in listing. Arrived quick. Not packaged well, but it was undamaged. It arrived in just a plastic bag, no box at all. Not sure what happened shipping-wise, might have been a snafu with FedEx, as the tracking was all screwed up too (tracking # wasn't for my item). Got lucky that it wasn't damaged. Would buy from again, but seller needs to package better. A+

  Ordered qty 2 of the Moving Dolly LD2000 but received qty 1 LD2000 and qty 1 LD1000, which is a lower quality product. Products arrived new in box as described. Seller was responsive and did give me a partial refund but it was only $3. They claimed they would lose money if they returned more, which, they should have because it was their mistake. This way, only I lose money. I would leave a neutral feedback but I don’t want ebay’s headache for doing that.

  The seller informed me shortly after I received notification that the purchased item had been shipped that the shipper could not verify where the purchased item actually was. Because the purchased item could not be located the seller immediately refunded my money. The seller's communication with me was within 2 days after the purchase, for that reason I give 5 stars. The stars are for the speed, not the story.

  Super seller!!! Like magic, my item arrived merely TWO DAYS after the order had been placed! The price was great, exactly as described, and well packed.
