  FedEx lost or misplaced the original order so never arrive on time. 2nd try by UPS did deliver it on time. seller communication is good and understanding! however, the item did arrive broken, there are 3 trays, one of the tray was broken during shipping, so item in that tray was lose inside the shipping box, now have no idea what goes to what. It did took a long time to get it but seller was understanding. thanks.
