  I would not buy from them again. It took over 2 months to make not only over a month to get here. ( still haven’t received it due to delivery) any time I’ve messaged them no response or automated delivery message. I’ve bought something else at this point because what’s the point over priced for how long it takes. They will say it’s not their fault from what I’ve seen because they don’t message you back and will say you should have seen how long it take. The person is on vacation all the time.

  Long time for send the item they answer me just the first days and later I send a lot request and text and they don’t answer me I received the item 3 months later I did other purchase with other seller.

  Ordered a $500 clutch back in January. Said package will arrive by March. In the meantime messaged for some updates but they never responded except once there was a single automated response saying they will get back within 48 hours. Never happened. Now we are past the guaranteed delivery date, have opened a case with eBay, and they are still ghosting the situation. Definitely avoid. At least this way eBay most likely will refund my money.

  Hi, eBay messaging is an email system, not a live chat, and business days don't include weekends or US holidays. You didn't give us any kind of reasonable time frame to respond. Your order was delayed by the manufacturer, but the delay was less than 3 days longer than the advertised and posted delivery date. We're very sorry that the delay happened, but you did not even give us a chance to make it right.

  Terrible seller. I never received the item. Contacted twice, received the automated message without answering questions I had. Ordered 1/30, refunded 3/21 due to never receiving an update on the item. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!!

  Hi there, you asked to cancel your order but opened a payment dispute. Sellers cannot cancel orders with open disputes, it's not possible. The eBay system locks out any actions once a dispute comes through, and it's handled by your credit card issuer. We would have gladly refunded your money if you could not wait the advertised handling time. The refund timeline is due to your dispute, and your credit card company, not because of anything we did or delayed.

  This guy is a joke. All automated responses, and no updates when I asked about my item. Was told the avg time frame was between 25-35 days. After 2 months I asked for a refund, 2 weeks later was given my refund and was told my item was supposed to ship 2days later .. so NOT use.

  Hi, you asked to cancel your special order prior to the advertised and promised date, and received a full refund without any restocking fees. We informed you at the time of refund, that you order was actually ready ahead of time and could be ready to ship in 2 days from the refund date if you wanted to proceed. (More than 2 weeks sooner than the date that was locked in when you purchased)

  Item is undamaged and as pictured but it took 3 months to get it was only supposed to be 30 days I would buy from this seller again I just remember it takes a while to get the part they should just state that up front when ordering a custom part
