  This seller was both considerate & generous. The item sent me was faulty and I contacted them to explain I was returning the item for a refund They immediately refunded me the full purchase price and said I could keep the product as they did not want me to waste money by returning the faulty item. Suffice as to say I can't use the product as it does not work, but the way they dealt with my issue & refund was both immediate & without question! An amazing Ebay Seller who I would use & recommend!

  Box arrived all smashed in. I sent back for refund and they send me these messages I don’t know what they are talking about I have been scammed and EBay has failed to help so I am suing them in court. I have done this a few times before. You want to scam people you will pay. See you in court!

  There was a shipping issue with my purchase (no fault to the seller) but the seller has excellent communication and worked diligently to resolve the issue. The seller was in constant communication and responded very quickly with to my questions or concerns until the issue was resolved.
