The joy-cons are Singland (3rd party) manufactured and not made by Nintendo, which was a bit confusing to me given they are listed as 'original'. Seller was responsive to my concerns and the joy-cons work very well, though do not fit into the pro controller. Excellent communication and focus on customer satisfaction from the seller.

Marked as shipped yet would not provide tracking info and said it was "lost in the mail" Guaranteed to have it by that Friday, yet didn't even ship it until Friday! Ignored future communications. Didn't ship method as advertised either and it came off of Amazon. 12 days from payment date to shipment date.
