  great shipper- had a bit of confusion on my end of which truck my grandson wanted and thought I had ordered the wrong one- asked to cancel the order and they quickly responded. after Then only minutes I had been told that I did indeed order the correct one. So reached back out and they were kind enough to get my order back on track. And I received my order much faster than I had expected- thank you

  I love the fact that is pack has 100 wipes, this is my first time buying from this seller and it was worth the money, I have been a loyal customer else and the wipes were less so I won't be shopping with that company anymore, I'm staying this one, am so happy I take a chance with this seller, only thing I wish is that they wouldn't pack it in such a big box because the shipping company charges me for weight which sucks but I will be buying from them again

  Item delivered to my door the next day without giving me any info. Thanks to my neighbor. I was on vacation. Week later they gave me a fake tracking # and they used my name and my address to ship a buck of item to their warehouse. Back from vacation waiting for the item. Tracking # says delivered 9:20 a.m. Item wasn't there. Calledl FedEx and they informed me about fake tracking #. I contacted seller and question them. They call me a liar. I will never buy from them. I report it to police.

  Unfortunately, I didn't receive the item I ordered as is was erroneously delivered to another city - no idea why, but possibly a courier issue. That said, the seller promptly issued a credit for the item I didn't receive. I appreciated that the seller corrected the issue without giving me the runaround.
