  Seller sent me an email informing that the package would be late due to inclement weather causing airline delays. No problem and I appreciate the communication. Later on, FedEx informed me that the package had arrived with a "proof of delivery" and signed for, but no package to be found. A week after FedEx confirmed delivery, I contacted the seller and they replied very promptly and with their polite assistance I located the item. FedEx messed up, but the seller did everything to help. A+++ sale

  My feedback is for the sellers not the lanterns. The lanterns were delivered elsewhere due to the carrier's mistake so I never saw them. But the vendor provided a refund even before I knew this and then was very informative afterwards. Very honest and helpful.
