  Great seller. I will do business Frjann again if possible. Highly recommened! Very fair deal. Great communication. Really great packaging. My amp was shipped quickly, and arrived in a very timely fashion. I will be powering up this amp once I get my speakers in a few days. Based on my intereraction w/ the seller, I expect it will be fully operational and function as intended, without any surpises.

  * price on the unit was fair because of the condition as- NO chassis corrosion, notable scratches- Connectors not worn, controls smooth- very nice * seller responded w/ timely communication. * order was shipped quickly & received in a timely manner- apparently shipping was upgraded at no extra charge! * the handling by the carrier was unfortunate- they probably dropped it. * Seller IMMEDIATELY sent refund!! * He has great integrity!   Delivered as described. Good communication with this seller. Appreciate that. Shipped timely and packed so that no shipping damage occurred. Check. Tested all components of both crossovers, inductors, capacitors, resistors. All components measured as nominal for their specified values given the accuracy of my measuring devices, AKA all check within manufactured tolerance.

  Contacted seller about an issue with the power button and what looked like a hot spot on the back of the unit. Seller stated the button issue probably happened during shipping. Seller was quick to respond and stated he would provide a full refund and that he was/is a man of his word. Seller did provide a full refund. Means a lot when a man stands behind his word. Thank you for listening and issuing a full refund.

  The speakers I ordered were shipped soon after ordering. They were packaged carefully and arrived in great condition. The condition of the speakers met my expectations based on the photos and description in the item listing. We have connected them to our record player (using an amplifier) and the sound is great. All electrical connection are in good shape. Great buying experience - I would buy from this seller again.
