  This is a great seller, my package was lost in the mail and there was no hesitation, sent another to replace it. Great communication and very prompt to respond. Even the delivery time from China was good. Better than some of the local sellers I have bought from using our illustrious USPS. I am waiting on the second sling but I have to give this seller 5 stars for the customer service alone. Thank you!

  Books arrived sealed, in perfect condition at a reasonable price. There was a problem with communication because the books arrived separately on different days, but problem was quickly resolved when seller explained that the copies were sent separately. I would not hesitate to order again from this seller.

  I made contact with this company telling it I did not receive my order and they said that I could get a refund or resend my order and I just received my order today. It s good to know that there s honesty in this crazy world but this company came through and I m very impressed. I would highly recommend this company for anything that they do sell they are top-notch in my book.

  Item was not authentic. However the seller promptly issued a refund and apology for the inconvenience. The item did arrive and did not require a return. It is a soft brush but not dense if you’d still like to purchase it. Regardless, good seller just be careful what you order and ask beforehand about authenticity.

  I never received the item I purchased but the tracking says it was delivered. The seller proactively contacted me to see if I got my package. They issued a refund after my response. Thank you again for your professionalism!

  Lower prices than other sellers, fast shipping, well packaged, excellent communications, not a single complaint of any kind! I will save this seller for future purchases and I highly recommend fhem to others.
