Product was exactly as represented. It arrived in a reasonable timeframe. The glass downstem for one piece was broken in transit which happens. I reached out to the seller & they generously offered to correct this. We agreed to a prorated refund for the 1 piece & it was issued FAST! I'm very pleased & recommend this seller & this product!

Was able to determine the product is a direct replacement as the need was, product is well made with a unblemished appearance. Ebay's display of USPS package tracking information for this package did not match USPS tracking as shown on the tools.usps.com website. This is an Ebay issue not the seller. Overall a very good value!

BUT, for everything else, 0 stars. no communication, no response on "best offer". i bought this for the price against all others. but, with no emails answered, no response with best offers, i am thinking that if you have trouble with the item, you may have trouble with them. anyway, i am happy that i received it.
