Brand new as described. A little bit chintzy but what do you expect for 30 bucks? It will certainly do the job. Good seller.

The product box showed a stainless steel bottle, but someone must have switched out the bottles at some point in the process. However, the seller was great and refunded the whole amount to me and told me to keep the plastic bottle. So, I don’t have the bottle I wanted, but good on the seller for doing the right thing! Hopefully, that was a one-time issue and doesn’t happen again.

This is the 3rd time a vendor, apparently based out of the U.S. due to a couple of evidential indications, has shipped something to a wrong street address that gets mail 6 to 7 hours after I do. They don't seem to pay attention to details. No stars for Item description nor for Shipping time as I didn't receive it.
