  Great transaction, shipping was fast, but packaging was third rate!! Un-sure if batteries are damaged but the box & plastic packaging they were in was crushed, box on both corners crushed they probably bounced around like a brick in the dryer—disappointing! C+++ Thx… M~

  Shipping was fast and the box was nicely wrapped in black plastic to cover up the original Dyson box. The vacuum is brand new and exactly as described. Great seller!

  Prior to sending item the seller sent photos showing a dent they discovered at the time of packing for shipment. I'm very glad I was offered the option of a discount or refund on the product. The refund was processed immediately after I made the request. Very impressed with the customer service and communication.

  Item in as described state. Just a note, please use more than a poly mailer bag for these type of items. It must have been banged up quite a bit during shipment as there was a hole in the box and in the poly mailer in the same spot that the faucet curve was. Also, the faucet and other items in the box were not bubble wrapped in the factory which would have cushioned some of the brunt of shipment. Overall I am pleased with the purchase, just wish the item had been wrapped and packaged better.

  I cannot say enough positive things about the customer service I received! I purchased this monitor and unfortunately it came and had some connectivity issues I was able to contact the manufacturer for a replacement however this seller offered a refund or to pay for any shipping Fee’s I might encounter when dealing with the manufacturer. I feel very strongly that customer service has fallen by the wayside and I’m so pleased with all the interactions I have had with this seller!
