  Everyone makes mistakes. Seller sent wrong item but quickly apologized and immediately offered a full refund or replacement with correct item. I opted for the corrected item replacement. The prior item was packaged nicely and arrived on time. I would order again from this seller.

  C+ transaction. Although "new" they shipped in the original box without any packaging, box ripped half open with a label slapped on the box. Somehow the items were still inside. Really deserves a neutral for poor shipping practices. As a seller, I would be embarrassed to ship something like this.

  Item was as described and arrived on time. The only thing disappointing was that it was shipped in the box with no wrapping or other concealing what was inside. Seems to me that would encourage theft or "loss" of packages.

  Seller only delivered 2/4 Items initially and they were listed as new but they had clearly been opened with broken seals. Seller offered to make good by sending 4 brand new items and that I could keep the original 2 but only sent 2 that were also clearly opened already. After that, seller went silent and I had to do a return and refund with eBay involved.

  I'm giving you 5 stars because it isn't your fault UPS mishandled the package! It arrived battered and dirty but the inside box was clean and sealed. Good price! Thanks so much.
