What is really incredible was the shipping. Yes it wasn't cheap, but the seller packaged the door very securely, then strapped it to a pallet and marked it all over with Do Not Stack. They used a freight shipper that got here in 4 days after the purchase. It doesn't get better than this buying used auto parts.

t***a (1554) - 买家留下的信用评价。去年购买已获认证The item arrived damaged, although it was well padded with lots of bubble wrap, and the package was not damaged. I'm not sure how it broke. However, seller immediately approved the return and refund. Ebay provided a return shipping label which made it easy to return. Refund was made once I dropped the item off at USPS. This was very inconvenient for me, but at least the return and refund was immediately approved.

They outlined their shipping prices and in my best offer I asked if they would combine shipping. No responses, they charged me shipping for each roof rack. I thought maybe they had them pre-boxed and ready to go and I would understand. But they came both in one box, but charged me for shipping two of them. I messaged seller and asked them to follow up. No response = Negative feedback.
