  When I got my lights there was only 1 in each box even though the add stated that they were a set of 2 per box. I contacted the seller who replied to me almost immediately. Once I explained everything he then sent out the rest of my order and it arrived quickly.

  Tracking shows item didn't move for 10 days. I contact seller for help and sent him the history. He responds with the same tracking history, that's it. No offers for a solution, just the same tracking? I ask do you want to refund or replace. Ignores, no reply. this goes on for 2 weeks. I needed to get Ebay involved for a refund. Frustrating dealing with a seller who does not offer to solve the problem. Told seller I would leave negative feedback if he didn't respond with any help. He didn't.
