  My experience with this seller was a positive one. There was a typo in the description that lead you to believe there were two of the items. I only received one. When I inquired about the second item, the seller explained there was a typo and offered to refund a portion of the sale. The refund was processed immediately. **Thank you for being an honest seller.** I would do business with this seller again.

  Shipped quickly and well packaged. Seller was very responsive to my message about one that arrived imperfect & sent a replacement immediately. I highly recommend this seller and would most definitely purchase from them again.

  Lovely nostalgic book, reprint of Walt Disney stories from 1937, large size! Purchased two other items and seller was unable to combine shipping till after paid, but processed a partial refund immediately. Great communication, highly recommend seller!

  Received, and pleased! Item's seemed to be packaged well. At first I was a bit concerned that they weren't shipped in 'box', but padded envelope. However, the sender made sure to wrap the glass jars were wrapped securely in bubble envelopes, and they arrived without any damage. My friend makes/sends this red pepper jam to me, and I love it! I'm happy that I could find it elsewhere as I use it up quickly! I understand it's meant for crackers/cream cheese, but I use it for/on, other items..

  Packaging used screamed 'I don't care!' Plastic shipping bags, no cardboard. Display box smashed. Rec'd unsolicited offer, asked about condition & if suitable for gift first. Told I'd 'receive doll pictured'. Doll condition not as pictured and NOT "brand new" as described. Clearly used. Hair unbraided in back, doll ties to box cut. Did not appear to have been stored in a clean space either. Will never buy from seller again, and caution others considering it.

  You did receive the doll from the photo. I am sorry if the post office didnt take care with your package, but it was new in the box and attached when it left here. I have no clue what you are talking about with it being used and unbraided, it was attached in the box. Sorry you were dissapointed..

  I stand by negative feedback left. Have left only 6 or 7 negatives in 2100 feedbacks over 22 years. Would not complain if was in doubt. Shipped by UPS in thin white plastic bag covering 3/4 of display box and different plastic covering the rest. Underneath white plastic was 3 USPS thin bags, no padding, no cardboard to protect thin display box or doll. Clearly intended to blame delivery service for damage. Doll was used, hair unbraided in back & ties cut before being shipped.
