I’m very pleased with this seller. I bought this cap, then realized the shipping time was too long for my purposes, so I canceled my order. They were very helpful and polite and when I insisted I wanted to cancel my order they immediately refunded me. A stellar individual.

Seller is a moron. Don't risk your money with them, you'll be sorry. Bought 1 pack of 5 sticky pads. A week later notified me they lost the shipment. Refunded. Bought 5 more. 2. 5 months later received only 1 pad. Seller offered partial refund. Refused, explained I need all 5 pads and to send 4 more. Seller insisted I return the 1 pad, shipping his expense but I pay duties. So they will pay shipping both ways and issue a full $3.52 refund to ship 70¢ pad. Stupid waste of time and got nothing.

After more than a decade as an Ebay buyer and Hundreds of purchases, I've experienced sellers that range from phenomenal and honestto downright inept and fraudulent. I feel very qualified in rating this seller: ..."Don't walk away from this seller, RUN!! VERY FAST!!" They took my immediate payment, wanted two weeks before they even shipped it, all signs of tracking disappeared after that, and a month later they have the audacity to request a feedback. I still haven't received my purchase!!
