The seller was contacted, and was good about responding to my concerns She sent me the code needed to return the item (postage fee) at any UPS store which I did. She also gave me the choice of waiting for the velcro strap to be shipped because of the omission.I realize things happen and the seller made things right.

In the picture you get three arbors but in the description it says only one "connector" So you have to change the arbor each time you change wire size. It was shipped quickly. Have not had a chance to use but will this weekend. I hope it does what is advertised.
