This doll was something that I had been wanting for time and I had a conversation with the seller who was amazing and very nice to work with. I bought several dolls from him and had to pay shipping fee several time. So I asked him would he offer combined shipping discount, he said he would refund $15 for the shipping I paid which is $31.01. I confirmed with him before I made payment. And after I paid, he didn’t refund as he said he would and didn’t respond to my messages.
