  Brilliant customer service and very understanding and apologetic when alerted to the fact that these are NOT genuine Switchcraft jacks but generic short retainer ones made in China. I have given 5 stars on the 'Item Description'only to acknowledge that the 'Item condition: New' part of the description is accurate. But if you want genuine Switchcraft jacks - DO NOT BUY THESE.I repeatedly asked the seller to stop llisting them as Switchcraft, so I hope they do.

  Having bought this fan before I knew the description was accurate. Posting was quicker than expected. Not sure if all the packaging was plastic free but would like to see no plastic used in future thank you.
