  As described and shipped quickly but because of being sent in an envelope with no padding, it was damaged in shipment. They were quick to respond and offered to either send me another or issue a refund. I chose to have a replacement sent and specifically asked them to either send in a padded mailer or wrap in bubble wrap - neither of which they did! Great customer service but lousy packing!

  This was my first eBay buy. I am in the u.s., seller is in china. They shipped immediately and I even received this package 2 weeks before other things I ordered within the u.s. which was great!   Item works exactly as described and suit my needs. Arrived safely and well packed. Item arrived a bit late but that was not the fault of the seller, it was the shipping delay that seller had no control over. There was great communication when this became apparent, however. Good seller!

  Communication was great which is why I am saying the experience positive. However, I was sent a monitor that was listed as new that clearly wasn't new. It had display issues, the s/n/barcode was cut out of the box. They offer a 100% refund and free returns for 30 days in I'm am glad they did but maybe they offer this knowing they are not giving 100% accurate description. If the item said "Like New" I at least wouldn't of been as upset and my star rating may have been higher.

  The item was shipped quickly and arrived before with estimated date. The item was as described and did not come with instructions or batteries. The seller was responsive and helpful providing the type and number of batteries needed. I would buy from this seller again.

  Excellent Seller..!!! Item shipped within hours of purchase.. Item arrived three (3) days earlier than advertised. Would definitely do business with this Seller again in the Future….
