  The Hummel was not 10 1/2" tall as Seller had described, but when I advised her of how disappointed I was to not receive the 10 1/2" Hummel, she refunded the full amount paid. She didn't even ask me to return the smaller Hummel, but since I already have that size, I will just 'pay it forward' and gift it to someone else.

  I was looking at the space to put this when I realized I already have the exact figurine including size. I checked Ebay and it appeared not sent yet. I contacted the seller who graciously retrieved it from the post office and issued a refund. Kudos to great customer service.
