Poor design
Well first of all the instructions provide pictures of a reasonable quality but are poorly laid out and misleading at times. Luckily, It’s easy to fit but unfortunately it’s the design that lets it down. The instructions say that you need to pull the gate at the centre to avoid damaging the gate, and yet the handle is at the top. Pulling the gate at the centre I’m sure over time will also eventually lead to damage as your not using the proper handle. It’s very noisy to operate so not ideal for bedtime and it’s difficult to fasten closed. You have to pull against the spring load to fasten it first in the bottom catch, then the top, so you’ve got no chance doing it with only one hand, which as any parent knows, Is going to be important at some point. Nice detail but struggles to steer and drive at the same time
It’s a good looking product but even with new batteries if you demand too much current, I.e driving, and steering to see the lights dim and sometimes the steering won’t respond straight away. But it is a cheap product so can’t complain too much.
