  Ordered two weeping willow Diamond art pictures - finished one and it did not look like advertised photo - contacted seller - seller is refunded money - appreciated seller understanding since weeping willow was awful looking - not worth my time to make it either - I indicated experience positive since seller was willing to make it right - refund being given - have not received yet since it takes 3-5 days

  Confusion over the free for three shopping cart caused some confusion . Seller worked VERY hard to resolve this and although delayed, ALL items were received and for the 3 for three offer. I recommend this seller for both the customer support and the price. They went the extra mile for someone that chose the wrong impression.

  Package well, received in a timely manner. Diamond art Item is not as detailed as pictured. Received the same picture from Amazon and it has 22 colors (more details) than this one which has only 13 colors.
