  The DSO138 arrived quickly but was damaged in delivery by the Post Office. I contacted the seller who said they were so sorry and offered me a refund or a replacement. I told the seller a replacement would be fine. The seller sent the replacement and it arrived undamaged by the Post Office. The DSO138 works as advertised and is great fun to use! This seller really cares about their customers and I would buy again from this seller.

  Tracking on this purchase was a nightmare. Vague and didn't show movement for days at a time. I'm pretty sure it was lost at least once, maybe twice. I contacted the seller and they immediately responded and checked into the situation. They got back to me very promptly. The package FINALLY arrived yesterday and the product is exactly as described.

  Great seller, unfortunately issue with shipping (not sellers fault) so order was cancelled. Responsive seller and good communications. Seller shipped quickly, but shipper lost shipment.

  The project was as described and was excellent value for money. It was internationally shipped so it took several weeks to arrive. Overall I’m very happy and would deal with seller again!
