  Firstly, I am glad to have this item - I just believe there was not full disclosure. Item stated there was some blemishes due to the packaging during shipping - two pics provided here showing scratches - bigger deal was the damage to the crank handle. A whole in one of the rubber pieces and the crank actually bent - pic inc showing the bent handle overlayed against a not damaged crank. Price was agreed to and I have initiated repairs. New to eBay I was unfamiliar with the negotiation process

  I apologize that the crank handle was bent, however without having another to directly compare it to like you did, this would be very difficult to for me to know. As far the hole you reference in the rubber of the handle, 7 out of the 11 pictures I included on the original listing showed this, with 1 of those 11 being a close up picture of only this issue. I would have happily taken this item on return or given you a partial refund for the handle being bent if you had given me that option.
