In checking the order details I found tracking was available as of 28 Jan, and the processor had been dropped off on Wed 29 Jan at 5:26AM at the Fed Ex location in Carson Colorado PRIOR to my purchasing it on eBay at 9:19PM EST on 29 Jan. Fed Ex Customer Service confirmed my verified address was not associated with Fed Ex tracking 284844090361. It was necessary to contact Paypal for assistance with refund.
