  Ordered new / open box and received a very used tool. Contacted seller and said he would ship a replacement. Several days went by and I contacted EBay for help. They suggested I request a return. I returned the tool and received a credit several days later. This seller ignored my messages and stopped all communication. Be careful who you do business with. eBay should can this seller.

  item was supposed to be NEW showed up used and no battery ,, the seller gave a Parshall refund as asked, I did not want to go through the Hassell of returning item, he did the the return quick BUT acted like it was no big deal i hope he gets it right for the next buyer, very disappointing to get a used item and not a new ONE
